We will accept returns for refund for 30 days following the purchase. All returned items must be in new condition. Return shipping expenses to be paid by the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable. If discounted shipping was provided, at our discretion, we may deduct the shipping charges from the amount returned. Items may be returned for exchange up to 60 days after purchase.

Packages lost in shipping must be reported within 60 days of the order date. After 60 days we will be unable to replace the lost items.

Digital patterns are not refundable once they have been delivered unless there is a problem with the pattern that can not be resolved. Patterns are guaranteed to work on the machines indicated. We will work with customers trying to adapt patterns where DXF files are included. Some pattern designers do not allow the delivery of DXF versions of their patterns. Please check the product description for the availability of DXF files.
