As the owner of Quilts Complete I do have to defend this product. I have sold this product to hundreds of happy customers. It's easy to use and it sets your quilting rows up perfectly. This is a waste of you time and money, becaause after you spend all your time on using this planner and put the quilt on you longarm and tighten up the rollers the whole planner is out os wack. save you money!!!!
