  1. How can I contact you?

    Click on the Contact Us link in the Customer Service menu.

  2. How are Packages Shipped?

    Packages are generally shipped via the US Postal Service. US packages are shipped Priority Mail unless the order total is over $100.00 or if the weight is over 3 lbs. If the order total is over $100.00 or if the weight is over 3 lbs, we may choose to ship via UPS or another shipper. We offer free shipping in the US if the order total meets the free shipping threshold.

  3. How do I download computerized patterns.

  4. What is the name of the pattern in the Quilts Complete logo?

    That pattern is Zinnia. The digital version can be found here.
  5. Why does my QBOT not recognize the .PLT file I downloaded from QuiltsComplete.com?

    Try shortening the QBOT .PLT filename to be no more than 8 characters long not counting the dot and the extension. For example: if the filename is 'Baptist Fan.PLT'. Using the mouse, Right Click on the file and select rename. Then type in a shorter name, baptist.plt in this example, making sure the you do not change the extension.
  6. Why does my QBOT only stitch one pass of the pattern when using .PLT files.

    It is our understanding that that is a limitation of the QBOT. We have attempted to address this problem by providing a page on this site that will allow you to upload your pattern, that is in the .PLT format, and then download a longer version. Click here for the extender page.
