Packages are generally shipped via the US Postal Service. US packages are shipped Priority Mail unless the order total is over $100.00 or if the weight is over 3 lbs. If the order total is over $100.00 or if the weight is over 3 lbs, we may choose to ship via UPS or another shipper. We offer free shipping in the US and Canada if the order total meets the free shipping threshold. This service will be extended to international orders where possible. If it is not possible, we will discount the shipping on international orders if the order total meets the free shipping threshold.

Shipping discounts for design boards and magazines are not available.

Packages lost in shipping must be reported within 60 days of the order date. After 60 days we will be unable to replace the lost items.
