Phylis's Floweris comes with two stencils,a 7" wide stencil and a 3" wide stencil. Both patterns can either be used as an allover pattern or a border pattern. This stencil comes with registration marks that will help keep you on track as you mark your quilt. The stencil can only be used with pounce powder and pad. The stencil is made from a durable mesh, there are no broken lines,and they are waterproof and virtually indestructible. The design is transfered to the quilt by forcing the pounce powder through the mesh . This method gives you a wonderful detail design.
