Large Budding Feather stencil is 6 1/2 x 8" wide. This stencil can only be used with pounce powder and pad. The stencil is made from a durable mesh, there are no broken lines, and they are waterproof and virtually indestructible. The desgin is transfered to the quilt by forcing the pounce powder through the mesh . This method gives you a wonderful detail design.
